Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CK0801 is an allogeneic T regulatory (Treg) cell therapy product derived from umbilical cord blood. It is designed to restore immune homeostasis by suppressing self-reactive T cells and interrupting the inflammatory loop in bone marrow failure syndromes. The therapy has shown promising results in treating conditions like aplastic anemia, myelofibrosis, and myelodysplastic syndromes, with patients achieving durable transfusion independence for up to 3.5 years. CK0801 is administered intravenously in an outpatient setting without requiring conditioning chemotherapy or hospitalization.
