Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CKC-E1 is a topical cosmetic cream developed by CK Cell Technologies for the treatment of skin ageing. The product utilizes a cell-free therapeutic approach, incorporating conditioned media (secretome) derived from stem cells, which contains a complex mixture of growth factors, cytokines, and exosomes. These components are intended to stimulate skin rejuvenation by promoting fibroblast proliferation, enhancing collagen and elastin synthesis, and improving skin barrier function. CKC-E1 was evaluated in a randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind pilot split-face study involving 24 healthy adult women to assess its impact on skin hydration, elasticity, roughness, and overall visual appearance over an 8-week period.
