Overview

CKC-E2 is a topical cosmetic cream developed by CK Cell Technologies Pty Ltd, formulated with conditioned media derived from human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUC-MSCs). The product is designed to address signs of facial skin ageing, such as reduced hydration, loss of elasticity, and increased roughness. The mechanism of action involves the delivery of a complex secretome—comprising growth factors, cytokines, and extracellular vesicles (exosomes)—that stimulates dermal fibroblasts and promotes the synthesis of extracellular matrix components like collagen and elastin. CKC-E2 has been evaluated in randomized, double-blind, split-face pilot clinical trials to assess its efficacy and safety compared to placebo and the related formulation CKC-E1 in healthy adult women.
