Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CKD-702 is a tetravalent, bispecific IgG1 antibody that targets both the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and the hepatocyte growth factor receptor (c-Met/MET). It acts as an antagonist to EGFR and an inhibitor of c-Met, blocking signaling pathways involved in tumor cell proliferation and survival. Developed by Chong Kun Dang Pharmaceutical in collaboration with the National Cancer Center Korea, CKD-702 is being investigated primarily for the treatment of advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and gastric cancer, particularly in patients who have failed standard therapies or whose tumors overexpress MET or EGFR proteins[1][3][4][6].
