Overview

CKD-703 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting the hepatocyte growth factor receptor (c-Met), developed by Chong Kun Dang Pharmaceutical Corp. for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The drug utilizes a proprietary c-Met-targeting monoclonal antibody conjugated to a cytotoxic payload using Synaffix's next-generation ADC platform, which employs glycan remodeling to achieve site-specific conjugation and a homogeneous drug-antibody ratio. CKD-703 is engineered to improve tolerability and therapeutic efficacy, specifically aiming to benefit patients with moderate levels of c-Met expression. In July 2025, it became the first South Korean-developed c-Met-targeting ADC to receive FDA approval for the initiation of clinical trials in the United States.
