Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CKL22** is a preclinical, stem-cell-derived exosome therapeutic being developed by Prostemics in collaboration with CK-Exogene for hepatocellular carcinoma. The exosomes are loaded with the multikinase inhibitor sorafenib, TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand, and microRNA-335. The intended antitumor mechanism combines sorafenib-mediated multikinase inhibition, TRAIL receptor-mediated apoptosis induction, and miR-335-associated activation of the p53 tumor-suppressor pathway.
