CL-273 is a small molecule pan-EGFR inhibitor originally developed by Celyn Therapeutics and acquired by Kairos Pharma in 2021. It is designed to target multiple members of the ErbB family, including EGFR, HER2, and HER4, to address drug resistance in patients with EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
