Overview

Cl-amidine is an irreversible pan-peptidylarginine deiminase (PAD) inhibitor. It prevents histone 3 citrullination and neutrophil extracellular trap formation. Cl-amidine has been studied for its potential in treating conditions like lupus, cancer, and inflammatory diseases by inhibiting PAD enzymes, which are involved in various pathological processes.
