CL-S01

CL-S01 is an investigational oncology drug developed by Celex Oncology Innovations. It is designed as an "aggression-reversing" therapy intended to transform aggressive tumors into a benign state, thereby improving patient quality of life and increasing survival. The approach aims to make tumors more sensitive to standard treatments such as chemotherapy and immunotherapy, potentially enhancing their efficacy. Preclinical data suggest that the drug targets a specific channel implicated in tumor aggression, with evidence supporting its role across more than 18 tumor types. The mechanism appears related to voltage-gated sodium channel (VGSC) inhibition, which has been associated with reduced cancer metastasis and mortality in model systems[1][2][4].
