Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is an investigational cell therapy product consisting of natural killer (NK) cells engineered with chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) targeting four tumor-associated antigens: Claudin6, Glypican 3 (GPC3), Mesothelin, and AXL. The therapy is designed to recognize and kill cancer cells expressing any of these antigens. The CAR-NK cells are generated by isolating NK cells from the patient, transfecting them with CAR constructs specific for one or more of the target antigens, expanding them ex vivo, and then infusing them back into the patient. Some versions may include additional genetic modifications to enhance anti-tumor activity or resistance to immunosuppression. This approach aims to treat advanced solid tumors that express at least one of these targets, such as ovarian cancer and other solid malignancies[1][3][6].
