Overview

Clavic-Q-RE is an autologous, non-manipulated adoptive cell therapy developed by the Research Genetic Cancer Centre Group (RGCC) for the treatment of various cancers. Classified as a Cell Therapy Medicinal Product (CTMP) by the European Medicines Agency, it consists of a diverse population of immune cells—including monocytes, natural killer (NK) cells, dendritic cells, cytotoxic T lymphocytes, and plasma cells—isolated from the patient's own blood. These cells are already activated or differentiated *in vivo* against specific tumor antigens. The therapy is designed to bolster the patient's immune system by delivering these pre-activated effector cells back into the body to elicit a comprehensive anti-tumor response. It is indicated for both solid tumors and hematological malignancies, though it is excluded for use in central nervous system cancers due to the blood-brain barrier.
