Overview

CLDE-308 is a preclinical, engineered cell therapy program consisting of αβ induced T (iT) cells that target CD19, a B-cell surface antigen. The therapy is being developed for the treatment of autoimmune diseases and B-cell malignancies. Originally developed by Clade Therapeutics and now part of Century Therapeutics' pipeline following their acquisition of Clade in April 2024, CLDE-308 leverages iPSC-derived αβ T cells designed to modulate or deplete CD19-positive B cells. This approach aims to address diseases driven by aberrant or malignant B lymphocytes through targeted immunotherapy[1][2][4][7][9].
