Overview

CLDE-361 is a preclinical, allogeneic cell therapy product candidate developed initially by Clade Therapeutics and now part of Century Therapeutics' pipeline. It is an αβ induced T (iT) cell therapy engineered to target B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), a protein expressed on B cells. The primary indication under development for CLDE-361 is myasthenia gravis, an autoimmune disease. The therapy leverages iPSC-derived αβ T cells designed for off-the-shelf use, aiming to modulate or deplete BCMA-expressing cells implicated in the pathogenesis of autoimmune disorders[1][3][5][6][8].
