Cleanoze

Cleanoze is a high-volume, high-pressure nasal irrigation system developed by Khon Kaen University for the management of chronic rhinitis, including allergic and vasomotor types. The system consists of a specialized irrigation device and a powder preparation containing sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate, which is dissolved in water to create an isotonic saline solution. Designed as a more user-friendly alternative to traditional syringe-based irrigation, Cleanoze aims to improve patient satisfaction and quality of life. Its therapeutic effect is achieved through mechanical lavage, which flushes mucus, allergens, and inflammatory mediators from the nasal passages to alleviate symptoms of congestion and irritation.
