Clecigabine is an investigational oral therapeutic being evaluated for the treatment of refractory erythematotelangiectatic rosacea (ETR). The drug is currently being studied in a single-arm, phase 4 exploratory interventional trial in China, sponsored by Southern Medical University Southern Hospital. The study evaluates the efficacy and safety of a 20 mg once-daily oral dose over an 8-week period in adult patients who have demonstrated resistance to standard treatments for ETR.
