Climaxan is a non-hormonal, multi-component homeopathic medicine developed by Materia Medica Lifesciences for the symptomatic relief of menopausal disorders in women. It is formulated as a combination of three active homeopathic ingredients: Cimicifuga racemosa (black cohosh), Lachesis mutus (bushmaster snake venom), and Apis mellifica (honeybee venom). Climaxan is indicated to alleviate common manifestations of menopausal syndrome, including irritability, emotional lability, sleep disturbances, headaches, dizziness, palpitations, sweating, and hot flashes. It is administered orally as sublingual tablets or granules.
