Overview
**Clindalaq** is a METHODIQ prescription topical acne-treatment product family developed by ODDITY. Its marketed variants are compounded multi-ingredient topical formulations containing tretinoin, clindamycin, and niacinamide; Clindalaq 305 additionally contains hydrocortisone, while Clindalaq 307 does not. Tretinoin activates retinoic acid receptors to normalize follicular keratinization and increase epidermal turnover, while clindamycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, including in acne-associated *Cutibacterium acnes*.
