Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CLL-VAC is an investigational, patient-individualized multi-peptide therapeutic cancer vaccine developed for chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Each vaccine drug product is tailored to the HLA ligandome of an individual patient's CLL cells and contains selected synthetic peptides intended to induce peptide-specific, anti-leukemic T-cell responses. In the Phase II iVAC-CLL01 study, CLL-VAC was administered after first-line therapy together with topical imiquimod as an adjuvant; imiquimod is a separate co-administered agent and is not a constituent of CLL-VAC.
