CLL1 ThisCART

CLL1 ThisCART is an allogeneic, off-the-shelf chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by Fundamenta Therapeutics. It is designed to target C-type lectin-like molecule-1 (CLL-1, also known as CLEC12A), a cell surface antigen highly expressed on malignant myeloid cells and leukemic stem cells in conditions such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML), while being absent from healthy hematopoietic stem cells. Utilizing the proprietary ThisCART platform, these engineered T-cells are intended to provide a universal treatment option that eliminates the need for patient-specific manufacturing. The therapy is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of myeloid leukemia.
