Clomiphene citrate + estradiol is a combination therapy used primarily in the management of infertility, particularly for women with diminished ovarian reserve or poor response to standard ovulation induction protocols. The addition of estradiol may reduce cycle cancellation rates and increase oocyte yield compared to either agent alone[1].
