Clopidogrel + tegoprazan is a fixed-dose oral combination under development that includes **clopidogrel**, an antiplatelet prodrug that inhibits the platelet P2Y12 receptor (a purinergic P2 receptor), and **tegoprazan**, a potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) that inhibits the gastric proton pump H(+)/K(+)-exchanging ATPase.
