Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CLS-A2 is a preclinical-stage bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by Cellus for the treatment of bone metastatic cancer. It is designed to simultaneously target C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 16 (CXCL16) and tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 11 (TNFSF11, also known as RANKL). CXCL16 is a chemokine secreted by tumors that recruits immunosuppressive myeloid cells and stimulates RANKL expression, while RANKL is a key driver of osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption. By dual-targeting both CXCL16 and RANKL, CLS-A2 aims to inhibit bone destruction and remodel the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment to overcome immunotherapy resistance in bone metastases.
