CLS cell therapy is an autologous biological immune cell therapy developed by Cytocraft Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for the treatment of various malignant tumors. The therapy involves the isolation of immune cells from a patient's peripheral blood, which are then activated and expanded in vitro using specific cytokines and induction factors to enhance their proliferation and anti-tumor activity. These expanded effector cells, often referred to as CLS cells, typically represent a heterogeneous population of potent lymphocytes, including Cytokine-Induced Killer (CIK) cells and Natural Killer (NK) cells. Once re-infused into the patient, these cells target and eliminate tumor cells through direct cell-mediated cytotoxicity and the secretion of immunostimulatory cytokines. The therapy is designed to be broad-spectrum and is currently in the preclinical stage of development for solid tumors.
