CLS014 is an experimental cell therapy being developed by Cellusion in collaboration with the University of Tokyo for the treatment of metabolic diseases. The program utilizes Cellusion's proprietary FRiEND Tech (Function Regeneration in Endocrine and Neural Differentiation Technology) and Function Added CECSi Cells platforms. These technologies are designed to differentiate induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) into functional cells capable of addressing endocrine and metabolic dysfunctions. As of 2024, CLS014 is in the research phase of development.
