CM-JLD

CM-JLD is an experimental medical countermeasure being developed by Celdara Medical in collaboration with the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) and The Geneva Foundation as part of a pipeline targeting viral threats, including filoviruses such as Sudan virus (SUDV). Public information indicates that CM-JLD has demonstrated efficacy comparable to monoclonal antibody products from Mapp and Emergent in stringent non-human primate models of Sudan virus disease, suggesting it is an advanced biologic candidate for treatment or prophylaxis of high-consequence viral infections.[3][4][5] Although detailed molecular composition, target epitope, and exact antibody format are not disclosed, CM-JLD appears to be a biologic antiviral countermeasure intended for systemic administration in outbreak or biodefense settings, potentially supported by BARDA and HERA-related advanced development efforts.[3][4][5]
