Overview

CM118 is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of the **c-Met** (Hepatocyte Growth Factor Receptor) tyrosine kinase, developed by **Shanghai Zaixin Pharmaceutical Technology**. It is designed to target malignancies driven by MET signaling dysregulation, such as MET amplification, overexpression, or MET exon 14 skipping mutations. By inhibiting the phosphorylation of c-Met, CM118 disrupts downstream signaling pathways (e.g., PI3K/AKT, MAPK/ERK) that promote tumor cell proliferation, survival, and metastasis. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for patients with advanced solid tumors, particularly those harboring specific MET alterations.
