Overview

CM326 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), acting as a TSLP inhibitor. It is designed to block TSLP-mediated Th2-driven inflammation, which plays a pivotal role in various allergic and inflammatory diseases. Preclinical studies demonstrated that CM326 has higher potency than tezepelumab in inhibiting Th2 inflammation and improving lung function. Clinical trials have evaluated its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and immunogenicity in healthy adults and patients with conditions such as asthma, atopic dermatitis, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The drug is administered subcutaneously. It is currently under development primarily for moderate-to-severe asthma and atopic dermatitis among other respiratory inflammatory diseases.
