Overview

CM350 is a bispecific antibody developed by Keymed Biosciences for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It targets glypican-3 (GPC3), which is highly expressed in several solid tumors such as hepatocellular carcinoma, lung cancer, gastric cancer, and esophageal cancer but rarely found in normal adult tissues. The drug also engages CD3 on T cells to stimulate T cell-mediated cytotoxicity against GPC3-positive tumor cells. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that CM350 can effectively kill GPC3-positive tumor cells via T cell-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (TDCC) with a favorable safety profile by minimizing non-specific effects and cytokine release. It is administered intravenously and is currently being evaluated in phase 1/2 clinical trials for patients with advanced malignant solid neoplasms[1][2][4].
