Overview
CM369 is a potential first-in-class anti-C-C chemokine receptor type 8 (CCR8) monoclonal antibody developed for the treatment of various cancers. It is co-developed by InnoCare and Keymed through their joint venture Tiannuojiancheng Pharma. The drug targets CCR8 on regulatory T cells (Tregs) within the tumor microenvironment (TME), binding to CCR8 and depleting these immunosuppressive Tregs via antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). This selective depletion augments anti-tumor immunity while preserving peripheral immune homeostasis. As of early 2025, CM369 is in Phase I clinical trials for advanced solid tumors and relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma[1][4][6][7].
