Overview

CM512 is a bispecific antibody developed by Keymed Biosciences that targets both interleukin-13 (IL-13) and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). It acts as an immunomodulator, modulating the activity of these cytokines involved in type 2 inflammation. The drug is being investigated for several inflammatory and allergic diseases, including atopic dermatitis, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, asthma, chronic bronchitis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Its mechanism of action involves dual inhibition of IL-13 and TSLP pathways to reduce inflammation associated with these conditions[1][8].
