Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CM529D (also known as CM529D1) is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting both delta-like protein 3 (DLL3) and seizure protein 6 homolog (SEZ6). Developed by Keymed Biosciences using its proprietary KeyMedSTAR™ ADC platform, CM529D is designed to treat advanced solid tumors, particularly small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and other neuroendocrine neoplasms. The drug consists of a bispecific antibody targeting DLL3 and SEZ6, conjugated to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload (a camptothecin derivative) via a cleavable linker. By simultaneously targeting DLL3 and SEZ6, CM529D aims to overcome tumor heterogeneity and antigen downregulation, which are common resistance mechanisms in SCLC. It is currently in Phase I/II clinical development.
