CM559 is a biological drug described as a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting amyloid-beta (Aβ), being investigated primarily for safety and tolerability in healthy subjects. The study design and exclusion criteria suggest CM559 is a monoclonal antibody focused on the treatment or prevention of diseases associated with Aβ pathology, notably Alzheimer's disease.
