CMab-43 is a mouse recombinant monoclonal antibody targeting **CD133** (Prominin-1), a marker for cancer stem cells. It is used primarily for research purposes, particularly in detecting CD133-expressing cells in colon cancer. CMab-43 has shown antitumor activity in mouse xenograft models of colon cancer by reducing tumor development. It is suitable for immunohistochemistry, Western blot, and flow cytometry applications.
