Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CMGV** is an investigational multi-agent treatment regimen comprising liposomal mitoxantrone hydrochloride, cytarabine, granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, and venetoclax. It is being evaluated by Ruijin Hospital in a prospective multicenter study for recurrent adult acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome with increased blasts, and older adult acute myeloid leukemia. The regimen combines DNA-damaging and antimetabolite chemotherapy with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor-mediated myeloid stimulation and venetoclax-mediated B-cell lymphoma 2 inhibition to promote leukemic-cell apoptosis.
