**CMLVAX100** is an investigational therapeutic synthetic multipeptide cancer vaccine for chronic-phase Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia with the **BCR-ABL1 p210 e14a2 b3a2** fusion transcript and persistent minimal residual disease. The vaccine comprises five peptides spanning the BCR-ABL1 p210 b3a2 fusion breakpoint, including four HLA class I-restricted short peptides and a 25-amino-acid helper peptide. It is designed to elicit peptide-specific CD4-positive T-cell and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte responses against leukemic cells expressing the b3a2 fusion protein. It was studied as an adjunct to tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy, including imatinib, and with immune adjuvant support in phase II studies.
