Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CMT-133 is a half-life-extended, IgG-like bispecific monoclonal antibody designed to target both interleukin-33 (IL-33) and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) [126965]. Developed by Clement Therapeutics in partnership with TCG Labs-Soleil, CMT-133 is designed to address respiratory inflammation by simultaneously blocking these two upstream alarmins, which are key drivers of both type-2 and non-type-2 inflammatory pathways. By dual-targeting IL-33 and TSLP, CMT-133 aims to maximize clinical efficacy across a broad spectrum of patients with severe respiratory diseases, including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP). Preclinical studies have demonstrated high-affinity binding and potent inhibition of both ligands, with an extended half-life in non-human primates supporting a high-concentration formulation suitable for subcutaneous administration [126965].
