Overview

CMVpoly is an allogeneic cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) therapy developed by Atara Biotherapeutics under an exclusive worldwide license from QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute. This "off-the-shelf" cell therapy is designed to target and eliminate cells infected with cytomegalovirus (CMV). It is being investigated for the treatment of various conditions, including cancers such as gastric cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and glioblastoma multiforme, as well as autoimmune disorders like multiple sclerosis.
