Overview

CMX-101 is a preclinical-stage monoclonal antibody being developed by CryptoMedix for the treatment of various cancers. It is designed as a multi-targeted immunotherapy that simultaneously addresses Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1), Lymphocyte activation gene 3 protein (LAG-3), and components of the tumor microenvironment (TME). By targeting these multiple immune checkpoints and the immunosuppressive TME, CMX-101 aims to overcome resistance to current checkpoint inhibitors and enhance the anti-tumor immune response. The program is part of CryptoMedix's focus on next-generation immuno-oncology agents that modulate the immune system's ability to recognize and destroy malignant cells.
