CMX-101

CMX-101 is a preclinical-stage monoclonal antibody being developed by CryptoMedix for the treatment of various cancers. It is designed as a multi-targeted immunotherapy that simultaneously addresses Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1), Lymphocyte activation gene 3 protein (LAG-3), and components of the tumor microenvironment (TME).
