CMX-102

CMX-102 is an investigational antibody-based therapeutic candidate being developed by CryptoMedix for the treatment of various cancers. Currently in the preclinical stage, the program focuses on a multi-pronged approach to targeting the immune system and the tumor microenvironment (TME). CMX-102 is designed to target Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1) and Lymphocyte activation gene 3 (LAG-3), two critical immune checkpoint proteins that facilitate tumor immune evasion. The development platform for CMX-102 is versatile, encompassing monoclonal antibody, antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), and radionuclide conjugate modalities.
