Overview

CN-202 is a bispecific antibody drug candidate designed to inhibit both Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) and Transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β). It is being developed for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. The drug acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor by targeting PD-L1, which helps cancer cells evade immune detection, and as a TGF-β inhibitor, potentially reducing tumor-induced immunosuppression. Clinical trials have evaluated its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor activity in adult patients with these cancers[2][3][5].
