CND460

CND460 is a trispecific antibody being developed by Candid Therapeutics for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. It is designed to simultaneously target BCMA (B-cell maturation antigen) and CD19 on B-cell subtypes, while engaging CD3 on T cells. This mechanism facilitates the recruitment of T cells to kill and deplete disease-driving B cells, with the goal of resetting the immune system. By targeting both BCMA and CD19, CND460 aims to provide a more comprehensive depletion of B-cell populations compared to monospecific or bispecific agents. As of late 2024, the program is in IND-enabling studies and is expected to enter clinical trials in the first half of 2025.
