CNK-UT003 is an allogeneic T-cell therapy being developed by ST Phi Therapeutics for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The therapy utilizes the company's proprietary CNK-UT platform, which involves engineering allogeneic T cells with a chimeric NK receptor (CNK). This receptor is designed to recognize NK cell receptor ligands that are expressed on the surface of tumor cells. Upon binding, the engineered T cells mediate the targeted elimination of the tumor cells. As of early 2025, the program is in the preclinical stage of development.
