CNK-UT004 is an allogeneic T-cell therapy being developed by ST Phi Therapeutics for the treatment of various solid tumors, including neuroblastoma, renal carcinoma, melanoma, and lung cancer. The therapy utilizes the company's proprietary CNK-UT platform, where T cells are engineered with a chimeric natural killer (NK) receptor (CNK). This receptor is designed to recognize a broad range of NK cell receptor ligands that are frequently overexpressed on the surface of tumor cells, allowing the engineered T cells to target and eliminate cancer cells across multiple indications. As of early 2025, the program is in the IND-enabling stage, with an IND filing milestone projected for June 2025.
