Overview

CNK-UT006 is an allogeneic T-cell therapy being developed by ST Phi Therapeutics for the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The therapy utilizes T cells engineered with a chimeric NK receptor (CNK) designed to recognize natural killer (NK) cell receptor ligands expressed on the surface of tumor cells. Upon binding to these ligands, the engineered T cells mediate the targeted elimination of tumor cells. As an allogeneic "off-the-shelf" product, CNK-UT006 is intended to provide a more accessible alternative to autologous cell therapies. The program is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
