Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CNR-100 is a preclinical-stage botanical therapy being developed by Canurta Therapeutics for the treatment of chronic inflammatory conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile arthritis, and respiratory diseases. Derived from rare hemp-derived prenylated flavonoids, specifically cannflavins A and B, using the proprietary PolyKye™ Platform, CNR-100 acts as a dual-pathway inhibitor. It simultaneously targets microsomal prostaglandin E synthase-1 (mPGES-1) and arachidonate 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO), thereby blocking the production of both proinflammatory prostaglandins and leukotrienes.
