Overview

CNTY-103 is an allogeneic, induced pluripotent stem cell-derived chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy targeting CD133 and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). It is developed as an immunotherapy and antineoplastic agent with mechanisms involving immunologic cytotoxicity and natural killer cell replacement. CNTY-103 was being investigated primarily for glioblastoma. This therapy was being developed by Century Therapeutics as a first-in-class iPSC-derived CAR-iNK product for solid tumors but has since been discontinued in the preclinical stage for glioblastoma[1][2][3][7].
