Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CNTY-107 is an investigational, first-in-class, induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) gamma delta T-cell therapy targeting Nectin-4. Developed by Century Therapeutics, it is designed to treat various Nectin-4-expressing solid tumors, including pancreatic, ovarian, lung, and urothelial cancers. The product candidate is engineered using Century's proprietary Allo-Evasion™ technology to prevent rejection by the host immune system and includes features for cytokine support to enhance cell fitness and tumor-killing efficacy. By utilizing gamma delta T cells, CNTY-107 aims to provide a potent, off-the-shelf therapeutic option for patients with advanced malignancies.
