Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CNTY-308 is a preclinical, investigational CD19-targeted CAR-iT (chimeric antigen receptor induced pluripotent stem cell-derived T) cell therapy being developed by Century Therapeutics. It is engineered with the company’s proprietary Allo-Evasion 5.0 technology, which enables evasion from T cell, NK cell, and humoral immune responses. Preclinical data indicate that CNTY-308 demonstrates characteristics comparable to autologous CD19 CAR-T cells, including proliferation upon target engagement, cytokine secretion, cytotoxic elimination of tumor cells, persistence, and proliferation upon rechallenge. The primary indications for development are B-cell mediated autoimmune diseases and B-cell malignancies
