Overview

CNTY-341 is a dual-targeted Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) iT cell therapy developed by Century Therapeutics. It is an allogeneic, induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived cell therapy engineered with proprietary Allo-Evasion™ 5.0 technology. This technology is designed to prevent host rejection and enhance the persistence of the therapeutic cells. CNTY-341 targets both CD19 and CD22 antigens found on B-cells, aiming to treat B-cell malignancies and B-cell-mediated autoimmune diseases. The therapy utilizes "tunable" CD4+/CD8+ ab T cells, with the goal of achieving comparable or superior performance to existing autologous CAR-T therapies while offering the advantages of an off-the-shelf allogeneic product.
