Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CO-1008 is a first-in-class antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Corellia AI for the treatment of hematologic malignancies, specifically those characterized by MLL/KMT2A fusions. The drug utilizes Corellia's proprietary Coromip technology platform, which employs the dual PI3K/mTOR inhibitor omipalisib as its cytotoxic payload. CO-1008 targets a specific, currently undisclosed antigen whose expression is driven by MLL/KMT2A fusion products. This target is notably absent in hematopoietic stem cells and common myeloid progenitors, potentially offering a favorable safety profile with reduced myelotoxicity. It is being investigated for Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL), and B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL), including cases that are CD19-negative or have relapsed following CD19-targeted therapy.
